Gizlilik Politikası

Bilo, 9-12 yaş arası çocuklar için hazırlanmış bir yapay zekâ okuryazarlığı
uygulamasıdır. Çocukların gizliliğini ciddiye alıyoruz. Bu uygulamanın çalışma
mantığı basittir: hiçbir veriyi toplamıyor, saklamıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz.
Topladığımız kişisel veriler
Varsayılan olarak hiçbiri. Giriş yapmadan kullanıldığında uygulama şunları yapmaz:
- Hesap açmanızı veya giriş yapmanızı zorunlu kılmaz.
- Çocuktan ad, e-posta, telefon, adres veya yaş bilgisi istemez.
- Konum bilgisine, kameraya, mikrofona veya rehbere erişmez.
- Reklam göstermez ve reklam kimliği kullanmaz.
- Analitik, izleme pikseli veya üçüncü taraf takip kodu içermez.
- Çocuklardan gelen hiçbir bilgiyi bir sunucuya göndermez.
Cihazda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulama yalnızca ilerlemenizi hatırlamak için tarayıcınızın yerel deposunu
(localStorage) kullanır: tamamlanan dersler, yıldız sayısı, test sonuçları,
rozetler, seçtiğiniz dil ve görünüm tercihi.
Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda kalır. Bize veya başka bir yere
gönderilmez. Uygulamadaki Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla seçeneğiyle ya da
tarayıcınızın site verilerini temizleyerek bunları istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.
İsteğe bağlı veli hesabı ve senkron
Bir veli isterse kendi e-postasıyla giriş yapabilir. Bu durumda sunucuda
yalnızca şunlar tutulur: velinin e-posta adresi, çocuğun seçtiği takma ad ve
emoji, ve dersteki ilerleme (tamamlanan dersler, yıldızlar, rozetler).
Çocuğun e-postası, gerçek adı, fotoğrafı, konumu veya cihaz kimliği istenmez ve
saklanmaz. Giriş şifresizdir: e-postaya 10 dakika geçerli tek kullanımlık bir kod
gönderilir. Bir sınıfa katılınca sınıfın açıcısı (öğretmen ya da veli) çocuğun
takma adını, emojisini ve ilerlemesini görür; diğer üyeler yalnızca haftalık
yıldız sıralamasını görür. Veli, uygulama içinden Hesabımı ve bulut
verilerimi sil diyerek sunucudaki her şeyi kalıcı olarak silebilir; cihazdaki
kopya kalır. Veriler reklam, profilleme veya satış için kullanılmaz.
İnternet bağlantısı
Uygulama ilk açılışta dosyalarını indirir ve sonrasında tamamen çevrimdışı
çalışır. Giriş yapılmışsa ilerleme, bağlantı olduğunda sunucuyla eşitlenir. Ders içeriğinin tamamı uygulamanın içindedir; canlı bir yapay zekâ
servisine bağlanmaz ve çocuğun yazdığı hiçbir şey dışarı çıkmaz.
Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamada üçüncü taraf servis, SDK veya çerez bulunmaz. Uygulamayı bir web
sunucusunda barındırıyorsanız, o sunucunun kendi erişim kayıtlarını (IP adresi
gibi) tutabileceğini unutmayın; bu kayıtlar bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.
Çocukların gizliliği
Hiçbir yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamadığımız için, 13 yaş altı çocuklardan da
veri toplamıyoruz. Ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme faaliyetimiz yoktur.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu politikada bir değişiklik olursa güncelleme tarihi yukarıda değişir.

Privacy Policy

Bilo is an AI literacy app made for children aged 9-12.
We take children's privacy seriously. The way this app works is simple:
we collect nothing, store nothing on our side, and share nothing.
Personal data we collect
None by default. Used without signing in, the app does not:
- Require you to create an account or sign in.
- Ask the child for a name, email, phone number, address or age.
- Access location, camera, microphone or contacts.
- Show ads or use an advertising identifier.
- Include analytics, tracking pixels or any third-party tracking code.
- Send anything a child types to any server.
Information kept on the device
The app uses your browser's local storage only to remember your progress:
completed lessons, star count, test results, badges, and your language and
appearance preferences.
This information stays on your device. It is never transmitted to
us or anyone else. You can erase it at any time using
Settings → Reset progress in the app, or by clearing site data in
your browser.
Optional parent account and sync
A parent may choose to sign in with their own e-mail. In that case the server
keeps only: the parent's e-mail address, the nickname and emoji the child chose,
and lesson progress (completed lessons, stars, badges). The child's e-mail, real
name, photo, location or device identifiers are never requested or stored.
Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code valid for 10 minutes is e-mailed to the
parent. When a child joins a class, the class owner (a teacher or parent) can
see the child's nickname, emoji and progress; other members see only the weekly
star ranking. A parent can permanently erase everything on the server from
inside the app (Delete my account and cloud data); the device copy stays.
Data is never used for advertising, profiling or sale.
Internet connection
The app downloads its files the first time it opens and then works entirely
offline. If signed in, progress is synced with the server whenever there is a connection. All lesson content ships inside the app. It does not connect to any
live AI service, and nothing a child writes ever leaves the device.
Third parties
There are no third-party services, SDKs or cookies in this app. If you host the
app on a web server, note that the server itself may keep its own access logs
(such as IP addresses); those logs are outside our control.
Children's privacy
Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we also collect none from
children under 13. We carry out no data processing that would require parental
consent.
